 Valentine's Day
   Sparkling Raspberry Spritzer

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 1 (24 ounce) bottle white grape juice
  • 1 3/4 cups club soda, chilled

Preparation:

  1. Place raspberries in container of an electric blender; top with cover, and process until smooth.  Strain raspberry puree, and discard seeds.

  2. Combine raspberry puree and grape juice in a medium pitcher, stirring well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. Stir in club soda just before serving.
