	Registration Specifics The US$69/CN$85 registration fee entitles one person to attend all Congress events including the Saturday evening banquet. Light snacks will be provided at the Friday reception and during breakout sessions. You are responsible for all your other meals. You are responsible for your own lodging and transportation to and between Congress events. Members of the public who are not registered but who wish to attend the Saturday guest speaker presentations are welcome on a first-come first-served basis after registered guests have been seated; an admission charge will apply, see below. Childcare is not provided. All Congress events take place in wheelchair-accessible locations. Only delegates duly elected by their LifeRing meetings may vote in the Delegates' Assembly Sunday morning. The Assembly may at its option vote to bar non-delegates, whether registered Congress guests or not, from the Assembly. For further information, contact the LifeRing Service Center.
