The LifeRing Secular Recovery Constitutional Congress will take place at the U.U. in the Pines retreat center near Tampa, Florida, on Feb. 16-18, 2001. It's time to start making plans to be there ....

This meeting is expected to be a defining point in the formation of our group as a national, self-governing body. Many of us share the dream of LSR meetings across the country; secular support available to folks in every burg and hamlet. This conference is where we will lay the foundation for that goal.

The cost for each participant at the retreat is $99. This will include lodging and meals for Friday evening through Sunday morning. Transportation to and from the airport will also be provided, for those flying in.

Air fare can be expensive, but discount tickets can be had....

Discount air fares are available through a number of discount vendors. I've worked with travelocity.com, cheaptickets.com and lowestfare.com. Fares currently being posted are likely to come down significantly if the rumored price war materializes. Each of the discount vendors has email notification services that will advise you of price changes in your desired route.

Check all of the discount vendors to see which is best for you -- they're all a bit better for some locations & airlines than others. If you have questions on their use, I might be able to help -- post me privately at the address below.

This is *not* a call for registrations. That process hasn't been determined yet. We just want you to know the dates and expected cost, so you have time to work this into your budget.
